On the spark side of the nitrous system equation, Nitrous Outlet recommends retarding ignition advance two degrees for every 50hp dose of nitrous. There are several ways to accomplish this, but to pull timing on demand, Nitrous Outlet installed a Lingenfelter LNC002 adjustable timing retard box. Among its many features, this gizmo pulls timing as soon as it receives voltage from the TPS when the throttle goes wide open. Nitrous Outlet installed it on the passenger side of the firewall.
