Also in the pit area, Stainless Steel Brakes was hosting the 0-60-0 Challenge. While the kit cars and the Ultima GTR seemed to dominate the autocross, it was Dave Cutcliff's LS1 TA that won 0-60 with an e.t. of 3.55 seconds, which helped him take the overall title.

Year One had (of course) the most prominent of the vendors' tents displaying several of its delicately restored vehicles and products available to the public. World Products was also on hand, happily showing off the newly available Warhawk LS1X and LS7X heads. Meanwhile, BFGoodrich appropriately brought its new R1 road racing tire to Road Atlanta. Royal Purple, Tremec, SSBC, Eaton, and Air RideTechnologies were also in attendance.

DynoMax, as part of its Power to the Wheels national dyno competition, was hosting the mobile dyno located in the pit area of the road course. We're sorry to say GM EFIs weren't very well represented here, but the competition was pretty stiff considering the current national leader (as of publication), Darren Tedder, made 988 hp with his Mopar at this event.
