2007 Issca Nationals

Dave Hulshoff of Brentwood, MO, and his son proudly accept the 2007 ISSCA BOI award from President Rick Matthews. The BOI (Best of ISSCA award) goes to the top score for participants in four out of six of the events throughout the weekend.
