Event provides unique and fun opportunity to view high-performance Corvettes, tour manufacturing facility
Katech Performance hosted its second annual, pre-Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix party recently, an event that allowed notable automotive industry leaders, the media and customers an opportunity to tour the company's facilities, check out their high-tech engines as well as their special edition high performance Corvette models that are now available to the public.
"This is a fun outing that gives our customers and friends in the automotive industry the chance to interact, show-off their own vehicles and just have a good time. We were excited to see three ZR1 Corvettes, 2 C6RS Corvettes, a Cheetah, a Terrell Formula 1 car, Dino Ferrari and many other rare and exotic classics here for the car show, which is growing every year," said Fritz Kayl, President and Technical Director. "With world-class auto racing returning to the 2008 Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix this weekend, we wanted to show off our latest offerings and add to the excitement here in Detroit."
