The understated elegance of Simmons wheels is timeless, while the big Wilwood binders make quick stops effortless. Seventeen-inch Nitto NT555 tires (Nitto Drag Radials, rear) are the tire of choice for Izzo, as well as most other serious street/strip denizens.

Some may be surprised to learn that Izzo and crew use a TNT Power Ring kit with the Procharger. The beauty of using nitrous in conjunction with forced induction is the additional intercooling effect it has on the incoming air charge. It is not uncommon for a small hit of nitrous to drop intake tract air temperature as much as 70-degrees F!

The satin black plenum box is a stern reminder about the big Procharger nestled in front of the 414-inch LS1. The Speed Inc.-fabricated cog drive system guarantees zero belt slippage. Want one? All the goodies are off-the-shelf Speed Inc. components.

Izzo removed the stock rug and sound proofing, opting for lightweight aftermarket carpeting instead. The factory airbag steering wheel was also dumped in favor of a lighter, better looking Grant wheel. This is an easy and benign way to shed mass from any car.
