Juan A. Campos Jr. is holding it down for all the Third Gens out there with his 1987 Trans Am. Sporting a 383 stroker and a set of AFR aluminum heads, Juan hopes to soon display the capability of his hardware at nearby San Antonio Raceway. A modified LT1 intake was installed with the careful instructions of the fellas over at www.lt1intake.com. A COMP Cams hydraulic roller cam optimizes the combo, while still adding streetability. This TA is no slouch in the looks department either, with a Ram Air hood scooping plenty of cool air and a Fourth Gen spoiler holding down the rear end. The New Braunfels, Texas, native also uses Fourth Gen leather seats to modernize the interior. Meanwhile, lightweight Weld wheels keep the rotating mass at a minimum with skinny 15x3.5 front and 15x10 rear.
