GMMG moved all of its bodywork in-house to assure all 30 cars would be fitted properly with the new panels and repainted in a timely fashion. Murphy says they churn out about one car per month, which means they should be finished by the time you read this. Matt designed the graphics based upon a modern interpretation of Dick's 1970 Funny Car, and when he consulted Valerie, she assured him that the use of carbon fiber accents were very much in the spirit of her father's lust for new technology. Painting was dependent upon the customer and the base color, however, in the case of this car Valerie had family friend Bill Carter apply a custom Butterscotch Orange.
