Edelbrock Performer RPM LSx Semi-CNC Heads
The Performer RPM LSx Semi-CNC (PN 61949) and Raw-Port (PN 61999) heads are designed specifically for consumers and engine builders who prefer to do their own CNC design or hand porting. The Semi-CNC heads come complete with 65cc CNC-ported combustion chambers, 2.02 intake and 1.57 exhaust valves, reinforced rocker bosses, and Heli-coiled rocker stud and exhaust bolt holes. Edelbrock Performer RPM LT4 Semi-CNC Heads
These stock replacement LT4 heads feature CNC-ported 54cc combustion chambers to maintain the stock LT4 compression or provide a bump for LT1s to 10.8 to 1. The runners remain as cast (ripe for porting), but are CNC-blended into the combustion chambers. This head is available both bare (PN 61929) and completely assembled (PN 61939). FAST Perfect Circuit Wiring Harness for LS2/LS7
The Perfect Circuit Wiring Harness (PN 170485) is designed to make LS2 and LS7 engine swaps as easy as possible. The kit connects either motor using the 58X crank reluctor wheel to its corresponding computer, on manual transmission vehicles. The FAST wiring harness uses OE-style connectors--which are labeled for installer convenience--as well as shrink-wrapped heat resistant casings. FAST XIM Ignition Module
The XIM Ignition Controller makes aftermarket fuel injection a reality for distributorless Gen III and IVs. It seemed like only older EFIs were having all the fun, but now FAST's XFI unit will work with LS1, LS2, LS6 and LS7s using the XIM Module and harness (PN 301311 for LS1/LS6, PN 301312 for LS2/LS7) as well as the Connector Kit (PN 301311K). Hooker Super Competition Full Length Headers for LS1 F-bodies
Hooker stepped up its header design for LS1 F-bodies both literally and figuratively with the new Super Comp Headers (PN 2290-1 HKR for '98 to '99, PN 2291-1 HKR for '00 to '02). A 1 7/8-inch primary size provides plenty more flow for strokers and forced induction motors. Hooker's 3-inch slip fit Power Spear collector maximizes exhaust velocity and minimizes turbulence to broaden the torque curve. A 3/8-inch flange, superior welds and 18-gauge tube construction ensure durability; the tightly tucked collector design helps prevent damage on lowered vehicles. Manley LS1/LS2 Billet Steel Timing Chain
Improving upon the previous Gen III design, Manley has added greater strength and enough reluctor wheel clearance for LS2 motors to its double roller timing chain. Increased strength is provided by a 9-keyway billet sprocket, billet crank and cam gear. Up to eight degrees of timing can be advanced or retarded. A Captive Torrington thrust bearing and all brackets necessary for oil pump spacing are also included. Both stock and .005-inch shorter lengths will be available. Manley H-Lite Series LS1 Connecting Rods
The H-Lite Series rods can significantly decrease the rotating mass in your LS1 while adding strength to the bottom end. The 4340 forged steel, H-beam rods are heat-treated, stress relieved, shot peened and magnafluxed, making them capable of withstanding 600 horsepower at 8,000 rpm (by Manley's conservative ratings)--perfect for naturally aspirated applications. Each set is weight matched to within 1.5 grams, with an average weight of 605 grams with the .9281-inch pin bore and 603 grams with the stock .9457-inch pin bore. Premium 3/8-inch ARP 2000 cap screws are used on the 2.225-inch rod end bore. LS1 rods measure 6.125-inches; however, 5.700-inch LT1/LT4/L98 rods are also available.
