At quick glance the 630+hp LSX looks factory, but the fabricated throttle bracket and LS7 intake tell a much different story. Prototype LSX heads with an LS7 valvetrain are commanded by a prototype 236/246-duration hydraulic roller, set atop an 11:1 compression, 454-cid LSX short-block with a forged rotating assembly. It takes advantage of the TA's SLP air lid and Thomson Automotive-fabricated 2-inch primary headers with 3-inch collectors and off-road Y-pipe.
