Mr. Luos
Curtis Voss, a resident of Broomfield, CO, is the proud owner of this gorgeous '99 WS6. Powered by a Texas Speed 402 stuffed with Lunati ProMod rods, Mahle forged pistons, and an Eagle crankshaft, it runs as good as it looks. Up top, a set of Patriot Stage III heads bring in the good stuff, while a Texas Speed 248/254 duration, 0.629/0.622-inch lift, 113 LSA camshaft provides the ear-bleeding rumble. A Tony Mamo ported FAST 90mm intake fills the heads, and a set of Kooks 1 7/8-inch long-tube headers fill the 3-inch true duals. Backing the motor is a SPEC Stage 4 clutch, stock T56, and a Moser 9-inch rearend. At 5,800 feet above sea level, Curtis has already run as fast as 11.902 at 117.29, which is very impressive considering the altitude.

If the killer attitude of Robert McCombs '00 WS6 wasn't enough to get your attention, the forged and sprayed 347 should do the job. Powered by a Comp Cams 242/248 duration, 0.610/0.615-inch lift, 111+4 LSA camshaft, Patriot Stage II heads, and a FAST 92mm intake manifold, Rob makes a ton of horsepower on just the motor alone. For an additional bump, Rob also uses a Nitrous Outlet 92mm dual-stage nitrous system. All of this power is transferred to the 28-inch tall slicks via a Moser 9-inch, packed with 35-spline axles and 4.33 gears. With this much power on tap, suspension is important and for this Robert has definitely done his homework. QA1 shocks and springs control the launch, while BMR is in charge of the adjustable torque arm, lower control arms, and Panhard bar. SLP boxed subframe connectors make sure everything stays in place during street and track driving.
