We’re not sure how LJ Treffer of Kearney, Nebraska, managed to simultaneously upgrade his ’06 GTO at Lingenfelter Performance Engineering and meet his current girlfriend on the ride home, but we’re impressed by his efforts. With an LPE Magnuson 112H supercharger under the hood, an LPE cold-air intake, and a stock LS2, LJ’s Goat laid down 458 rwhp and 453 lb-ft of torque, which has been more than enough to destroy a couple of different parts. I have enjoyed every axle-twisting, CV-shaft grenading, wheel-hopping, clutch-slipping moment of the car! And I have learned to fix/upgrade the broken OEM parts myself because of it! LJ tells us he has big plans in the works, including a heads and cam upgrade, and we can’t wait to see what it does!
