20 OEM throwout bearing systems work fine in stock applications, but in the case of aftermarket clutches and flywheels the adjustability and extra travel of the Mcleod hydraulic unit is needed. Whereas the OEM units are good for about .400-inch, the Mcleod can travel up to 1.0-inch.
