One of the most striking improvements over the previous Gen 6 DFI is the virtual analog instrument panel. The Gen 7's virtual gauges are a big improvement over digital numerical readouts (which change too quickly to be read) or scalar graphs (which are too small). With traditional gauges the data can be easily interpreted at a glance, thus speeding the tuning process. Note that the air/fuel ratio is a large read-out, dead center in the screen. There should be no doubt about what the most important tuning parameter is!
