GMHTP staffer Rick Jensen works with the datalogging software in our ACCEL Gen 7 DFI. The autolog feature allows the user to configure six different parameters which may be recorded by a manual trigger (the space bar) or an automatic trigger, such as a preset throttle position sensor threshold. Our biggest task was discovering how to permanently set the configuration parameters without having to reconfigure the datalogger for every run. We found the DFI's data logging feature to be extremely helpful, but not so intuitive in its operation. We're getting the hang of it though.
