2004 Pontiac GTO Vortech Supercharger Test Drive - Back In Black, Part V
|
The only outward sign of any sort that this GTO is supercharged is the aftercooler water reservoir sitting just behind the front fascia. That, and the Vortech license plate frame of course. You can see on the plastic reservoir a gold threaded insert that was unused for mounting purposes. We just might spray it black for further invisibility. While the reservoir seems to take up much of the existing grille space, we aren't too worried about lack of flow to the radiator as there are plenty of other openings for air to get in, including the Pontiac-trademark kidney grilles above.
