The brass fitting that is installed into the side of the supercharger needs to be periodically removed and cleaned in order to ensure proper supercharger oiling. Here, the oil feed line is being removed in preparation for taking the fitting out. Remember, no sealant of any kind is to be used on any of these threads, or else you risk clogging of important oil passages and extreme (read: expensive) blower damage. View Related Article
