Corvette Horsepower Coolant Temperature Sensor

Before removing additional hardware on the passenger side, it's a good idea to remove the coolant temperature sensor from the block. Remove the number-one spark plug wire from the plug and coil pack and use a 19mm socket to carefully remove the sensor.
