The pressure plate comes off of the flywheel via six 13mm bolts. To keep the crankshaft from turning over, a prybar or flathead screwdriver can be inserted into the flywheel teeth and held against the starter housing. Get ready to catch the pressure plate, and don't forget to reach behind to grab the clutch disc as well-lest you risk a broken foot. Note how dust-free everything is under here; with fewer than 11,000 miles on this clutch, it should be! Six 15mm bolts hold the flywheel to the crank. Hang on to these bolts, as they'll be reused with the Spec flywheel. Once they're out, the stock steel flywheel will come off with a few gentle pries about its circumference. View Related Article
