This is a frustrating job for one person, but as Jason and Matt show, it can be done. Each header has six 13mm bolts (included in the kit with lock washers). TTP replaces these .75-inchers with Loctited 1-inch bolts, as the extra length helps with the install and no washer is needed. The headers are tightened to 18 lb-ft, working from the center bolts out.
