2002 Chevy Camaro Ss

The SS was unable to make the pre-install track day for baseline testing. However, post-install the SS pulled .91 g on our 200-foot skidpad and an average of 45.5 mph on the 420-foot slalom course. Pilot and Camaro Performers Editor Nick Licata said the rear in the SS felt a bit loose, most likely from that large rear sway bar. The car seemed to have a lack of grip from the all-season radials, which hindered its times. However, this easily could have been remedied with a good set of R-compounds.
