F Body Paint Prime Sanding

A red scuff pad knocks down the loose dust and gives a nice clean surface to paint. 320-grit is used on any major imperfections spotted, 1000-grit on the minor stuff. It's helpful to blow off the dust and use a little wax and grease remover. Wetting down the floor also helps keep the dust down, reducing imperfections in the paint.
