3 The Dirty Bird’s engine bay is where we chose to start our install and Greg Lovell was quick to pull the factory MAF out of the way in order to gain access to the cold air intake system’s elbow, which connects to our BBK throttle body. With a “wet” (fuel and nitrous) system, it is critical to install the nozzles after the factory MAF sensor but before the throttle body in an area that will promote ample flow without being too close to the front intake runners.
