The double roller timing chain is much wider than a single unit and causes several issues. With the double chain and associated spacers, a Melling oil pump would not clear the front cover. It was neccessary to grind the inside of the front cover, and install a GM oil pump that was hand-ported and polished by Charlie at Vengeance Racing. View Related Article
