A hoist is used to transfer our engine to a super-handy engine cradle we got from SDPC (PN LS CRADLE RED, $39) which in addition to providing a sturdy means of transport, allows us to install a flywheel on back of our 408 (necessary to help us hold the crankshaft from turning while we finish securing the damper; our engine build stand interfered with the flywheel's installation). Unfortunately, our GM flywheel holding tool won't fit with the SDPC stand, so we make do with a pry bar as the damper bolt goes through the tightening process. A two-man job if there ever was one!
