As a final touch on the intake side of things, tiny 1/16-inch holes are drilled into the bottom of the intercooler at either side to allow condensation to drip out (warm air being cooled can cause condensation inside the intercooler under certain weather conditions, says STS). Liquid water in the engine is not something you want. I'm not sure why I look so worried in this picture, I need to say to myself, these holes will PREVENT a problem! View Related Article
