18 One common complaint from CTS-V and ZR1 owners is a "rattling marble sound" coming from the front of the engine. The source of the noise is the spring loaded factory supercharger isolator coupling. Note the grooves in the front coupler of the snout with only 860 miles. GM provides a warranty replacement of the entire supercharger assembly for this common noise complaint. Although it is unheard of for a front coupler to wear through, the isolator is prone to cracking, which could lead to a seized bearing. View Related Article
