21 In order to remove the stock diameter (3.00-inch) upper supercharger pulley it must be pressed off with a machine press (or specialty pulley removal tool) that has at least a 5-ton capacity. ADM created a fixture for the press, used a 7/16-inch removal dowel, applied heat and pressure until the stock pulley eventually popped off. The replacement LPE upper pulley (2.55-inch diameter, PN L220030709) is then pressed on and "pinned" with a proprietary process to ensure the pulley will not slip. View Related Article
